Great customer service. Vivian and the other ladies were great. Vivian went out of her way to help my husband find the perfect pair of Crocs for him. They also had the cute bags pictured.

For the amount of money we spent at this store—over $200 for a family of five purchasing new shoes and charms—I was disappointed with the overall experience. We were not greeted when we came in and were not asked if we needed any assistance while shopping.
We were planning to make the purchase regardless, but a friendlier and more welcoming approach from the employees would have made a big difference. The products were what we were looking for, but the customer service experience could have been much better.
