Awesome experience at this hotel/resort. We had a poolside room on the lobby level which was great for us with a toddler. Room was clean, with a full kitchen, all appliances worked. No musty smell and room didn't feel damp or humid like many beachfront hotels tend to. The restaurant has great food and the service was top notch. The servers by the pool and in the restaurant were fantastic, giving this more of a resort feel than just a standard hotel. The lazy river kid's pool has 2 functioning slides with life guards present. Overall great experience, would book again if we return to Ocean City for another vacation.

A lot of people tell me that when you go to the beach, you’re not supposed to expect certain level of room appearance and I feel like hotels that are near the beach or catered to beachgoers and pets maybe should think about not having carpet on the floor. The experience that I had with other hotels were, laminate flooring, easy to clean and the appearance is so much better than carpet. Guest services were always nice and informative. Housekeeping was super on point with any of my concerns throughout our stay.

Loved our suite, it was clean, quiet, we were ocean front, spent some time on the balcony watching everything. The restaurant, was very good. Breakfast there was amazing. The staff was very helpful. We arrived two hours before check-in and were able to check-in. It is close to everything!! The only thing I would recommend is, they need their information in the rooms, like a TV Channel card, not on-line. We had a blast, and will use HOLIDAY INN & SUITES again. The pools, three of them, were awesome. Highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay. See you soon.
