DO NOT BUY!!! I chose Kokkinos based on a long-standing family history—two generations before me had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience with John Kokkinos was the complete opposite and deeply disappointing. I provided clear image references for a custom engagement piece, yet he proceeded without asking questions or confirming details. He made significant, unauthorized changes that completely altered the design I had requested. When I picked up the piece—after making my final payment—I immediately expressed that I was unhappy. Instead of working to understand or resolve the issue, he was dismissive and unwilling to meet or even discuss my concerns. At that point, I was left with a product that I did not want and no recourse, while he kept my money. This experience turned what should have been an exciting moment into a frustrating and costly situation. I now have to spend additional time and money with another jeweler to fix the mistakes. If you value clear communication, accountability, and getting what you paid for, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The selections are great and the staff is even better! You can expect top notch customer service. The jeweler is truly a talented craftsman. I had my original wedding rings updated for our 25th anniversary. The turn around time was less than 7 days. They have a large selection of all types of jewelry. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!
