It is my understanding that Oysters & Scales is associated with Spain Wine Bar and this is evident in the food offerings, staff/service and the upscale yet chill atmosphere. The restaurant manages to make a pavilion look elegant with nice design and very intentional lighting. The star or the space is the water…you are seated with a bayside view basically right on the water.
Visited about 6PM on a Sunday evening without a reservation and were warmly greeted and immediately seated. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was delicious and well plated with an upscale flare.
It’s difficult not to compare O&S to Spain Wine Bar as the similarities are plentiful, however the experience and food is superior at the later when in comparison.
Definitely a place to experience for sure.

As a local of Ocean City, Maryland, I'm so happy to see a new restaurant like this exist. The new updates to the building inside and out are gorgeous. The feeling of actually thinking you're in the Mediterranean really hits here. The cocktails are gorgeous and thoughtfully crafted. The food...the food is AMAZING! Not one bite was bad and only wish we could've ordered more. Will definitely be back as much as our bank account allows.

This place is CLASSY!!!
Very upscale dining… but surprisingly enough our bill wasn’t much more than lunch at a popular tourist lunch restaurant!
We ordered a half dozen oysters, 2 main courses AND A DESERT! Plus a few mocktails that were delicious!
The serving sizes were that of an upscale restaurant but in our opinion were just right!
Dining with a great view, great aesthetic and fabulous food is highly recommended!
The flavor profile was sophisticated just as the setting and all the staff were friendly and professional!
I would ABSOLUTELY dine here again!!!!
May go back tomorrow but would probably dress a wee bit nicer lol!
