Purchased a dress for my daughter and it had a small spot which they steamed. They have me 20 percent off but never said I couldn’t exchange in case it didn’t fit. When my daughter went to exchange she was told she couldn’t. Very poor practice for a small business. She will not return to this business and neither will I. I rate it a zero for customer service!!

This is the cutest store. They always have adorable items for both myself and others. Great gift selection and their jewelry options are some of the best. The staff is always appreciative and they do fun customer appreciation days with great local vendors! Love this store and the staff! Shop local
