Started with the tour of the distillery. It was worth every penny (only 15 pet person). The tour guide was great, they really committ to the prohibition theme. The tastings are delicious and I even bought a bottle to take home.
Had dinner afterwards. Food was really good. Got the pushcart trio, the sausage and beef are the absolute best and the plantains were cooked well. Went in early May so it was still off season. Definitely recommend the tour and dinner here. Beautiful water front seating. Love the sand and tropical theme throughout the place.

Entry is straightforward — IDs are checked at the gate rather than at the bar, which keeps things moving once you're inside. We chose to self-seat near the bar area that still had wait staff coverage, which felt like the right call. The atmosphere is genuinely hard to beat on a nice day: open air, tropical energy, great music at a lunch-appropriate volume, and the kind of laid-back coastal vibe that Seacrets has built its reputation on since 1988.

Our waitress was cheerful and personable when she made it to us — which took longer than it should have. The reason became clear quickly: she was covering our table of three plus three other tables of four to six people each, while navigating a walk to the kitchen that wasn't short. She was visibly overwhelmed, and that's a staffing and management decision, not a personal failing. The ripple effect of that coverage gap touched every part of our lunch. My friend ordered a burger and specifically requested mayo — it never arrived with the food. We flagged it, waited, and by the time it finally showed up in a small container, he'd mostly finished the burger. Then there were no napkins at the table, no knife to spread the condiment, and each small ask required tracking someone down or getting it ourselves. A frustrating accumulation of small misses that added up.

The food itself was genuinely good. My Shrimp Salad Wrap was flavorful and well-made, and the burger earned no complaints on quality — just on execution. The drinks are a different story. I ordered a Piña Colada and received something closer to a straight pineapple slush. The texture was excellent — smooth, consistent, clearly well-made in terms of mechanics — but the coconut flavor was entirely absent. When I mentioned it to our waitress, she was gracious about it and explained the frozen drinks are pre-batched by barbacks in machines. She took the feedback to pass along to management, which was the right move — but a pre-batched frozen drink program at this scale needs quality control checks before it hits the guest. The Piña Colada is a menu staple; it should taste like one.

Seacrets is a must-visit for the Ocean City experience. The setting, the energy, and the food quality are all genuinely there. What's missing is enough staff coverage to match the volume of guests this place draws. Get that right and this becomes a 5-star afternoon without question.

Seacrets was okay. Nothing really to brag about. Didn't go for food, drinks only. One Bahama Mama, one Cores Light and one shot of brown liquor $45. We did get to see the sunset which was nice. That was about it. It was also a two minute walk from our hotel, so convenientlocation. They had an area where you could eat on the water. We took a look and the tables/chairs were so filthy, that no way would I want to sit there. Would I revisit when we return, no.
